ORDERS & ACCOUNTS
1. How long will it take to confirm my order?
All orders are confirmed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:
- Track your orders easily
- Save your delivery details
- Enjoy a faster checkout experience
Your account information is securely stored and protected in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes—but only before payment is confirmed. Once payment has been verified and processing has begun, orders can no longer be modified or cancelled.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following:
- Bank Transfer (BDO / BPI)
- GCash
- QR Ph
- PayPal (for online checkout and international orders)
- Debit & Credit Card via PayPal checkout
5. When should I complete my payment?
Payments must be completed within three (3) days from order confirmation. Unpaid orders beyond this period will be automatically cancelled.
6. How do I confirm my payment?
Please send your proof of payment (screenshot or deposit slip) to [email protected]. Please include your Order Number for faster verification.
7. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems. We do not store sensitive financial information such as card or PayPal details. These are handled by authorized third-party providers in compliance with data privacy regulations.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
8. Do you ship nationwide and internationally?
Yes, we ship both within the Philippines and internationally. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) will be computed at checkout or quoted separately.
9. How long will delivery take?
After payment confirmation:
- Metro Manila: 3–5 working days
- Provincial: 5–7 working days
- International: At least 10-15 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier conditions.
10. Can someone else receive my order?
Yes. You may assign an authorized representative to receive your package. For security purposes, we and our partner couriers may require an authorization letter to claim you order.

12. Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our products are crafted by Filipino artisans, indigenous communities, and local suppliers using traditional techniques and locally sourced materials. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur—making each piece uniquely yours.
13. Are all items always available?
Some items may be:
- Limited in quantity
- Made-to-order
- Seasonally available
For custom and bulk orders, we will inform you if the specific item requires additional production time.
